Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Time to cancel a course. If you find that you can’t make it on the day of the course but you give at least 48 hours notice, you will be given the choice of a full refund or a credit for another course. If you can’t make it on the day but you give us at least 12 hours notice, you will be given a refund of 80% of the total price for the course. If you notify us less that 12 hours in advance, unfortunately, we will not provide a refund. If we are only notified less that 12 hours in advance, or if you fail to present yourself at the course then we regret that there will be no refund and you will have to pay a full fee to attend this class again. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or reschedule a course due to tutors illness, absence or in any other circumstances, we will offer a full refund.
